Return & Refund Policy — Modern Magic Touch

At Modern Magic Touch, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality products and service.

Order Cancellation

Customers have 24 hours after placing an order to request a cancellation.

To cancel an order, the customer must contact us by phone at:

The customer must provide:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Reason for cancellation

After the 24-hour period has passed, orders can no longer be canceled because they may already be processed or shipped.


Returns

Due to the nature of our personal care products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused.
  • The product must remain sealed and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair care products cannot be returned.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will review the case and provide a solution.


Refunds

Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow your bank or payment provider additional processing time to reflect the refund.
